Hot New Trends for Lingerie

A new year is upon us, and we are seeing some exciting new trends taking hold in the world of lingerie and fashion. One major developement is the continuation on creating sexier and trendier styles in plus size items, which you can easily see in the selection already offered at Kiss Boutique, and I am looking forward to even better choices available in the future.

So what is the color of the year? So far it is looking like Wine will be the color of 2013. Burgundy, deep reds and deeper purples, all akin to the color of a deep dark wine are all the rage this season, so I will be looking forward to more catalogs coming with those offerings.

Another still very popluar carry over from last season is the black and nude look, particularly black lace over nude. This look is great for maximum coverage while still looking naked. I have some fabulous choices in this style already available at the store. and some items that can be paired together to create this look.

Two other hot looks making the rounds this year are Burlesque styling and what fashionistas and lingerie addicts alike are calling the “organic” look.

Sparkle and shine, giving a romantique burlesque look is all the rage. Pair your sexiest piece with feathers and shine to create this glamour look. As for the “organic” look, think soft colors pallets of flowers, soft greens very romantic and innocent.
